The consultancy teaches law-firm owners to build firms that run without them. The method lived in a book, workbooks and quarterly meetings, so progress was hard to measure and easy to lose between reviews. They needed the method itself to become software: a score every firm could trust, and a place where the plan, the procedures and the numbers actually live.

We modelled the method as a domain first: firms, departments, objectives, evidence and checkpoints, each with a defined lifecycle. The score is a pure calculation over 48 operating standards, so the same firm always gets the same number. Each firm's data is isolated at the edge before it reaches the application, the application has no public entry point, and outside services are verified before anything runs. Documents are read and filed by an extraction pipeline, and background work runs on a durable queue that doesn't lose jobs.
